If you have any questions or need advice about a bird, you are welcome to phone us during our opening hours daily. During busy periods we may not always be able to answer – please refer to FAQs which may help with your query.

Please do not use email for emergencies or animal welfare – we may not be able to respond quickly enough.

We are open for native bird drop-offs:

Monday-Sunday 10am-2pm

If a bird requires urgent treatment outside our opening hours, please contact a local or emergency vet clinic.

Closed the following days:

Christmas Day (25 December)

Boxing Day (26 December)

New Year’s Day (1 January)

Day after New Year’s Day (2 January)

As a charity, we rely entirely on the support of the community to care for birds brought to our rehabilitation center. A donation for the care of the bird you rescued will be kindly requested and very much appreciated when you visit.
